Just placed the order for my DS Trinity from HemiFever and the 87mm TB and Jet 180 thermostat from Moe's. should compliment my Vararam and magnaflow exhaust nicely!!! Had to put my income tax return to good use...

Haha...luckily she knows how I Am about my vehicles. She is afraid to drive anything I own. Lucky in that sense I suppose.

Time to have some fun. Your TB and tstat are already boxed up and ready to be shipped.

And the tstat works on all 2003-2013 hemi motors, so you are good to go there

It's a custom job. I had the piping redone from the cats back. Replaced the squashed factory piping and added the Magnaglow Y pipe, 14" muffler and removed the resonators.

I've been thinking about doing something like that, I just can't see spending 750-800 bucks for a complete Magnaflow system. I had one on my chevy and loved it but I got it bought real cheap. So I don't know what to do.

Yeah I hear you. It's not cheap all in all it was around $950. Custom mandrel bent stainless isn't the cheapest thing but I feel good knowing that its a quality system. If you just want it loud you can go many routes...much cheaper at that. But performance is not somewhere you want to cheap out on. Just my .02

From what I understood it has to do with preventing knock on the higher octane tunes. Maybe Sean from Hemifever can chime in on this one...

btw thanks for the advice on the vararam I installed it two weeks ago, it's awesome. Now I just got to get the exhaust work done...maybe this weekend I'll go to Miami muffler and get it done.
