Nothing new yet. I have been doing alot of research on this though, so I will be putting some package deals together soon. We are still limited to the factory limited slip, but the standard install kits from the old 9.25" will still work with the new ZF rear.

Modification to the carrier is still necessary, but any aftermarket gears and install kit will work after the modification has been made. We are also still limited to the factory LSD, but that unit is around $400 which is cheaper than the aftermarket limited slip units that are available for the old 9.25.

For the 2011 guys, the front diff is the same as the old, so any 4.10 or 4.56 gears will work up front. The 2012 guys have alot more to worry about up front though. They are going to need an 09-11 front diff, new driveshaft, and a few other parts to make the conversion work. Hopefully the aftermarket comes around for the 2012 guys.

^^I hope there are front options for the 2012's sometime too. If not, I won't do 37's later on down the line

so if I get the carrier mod done for the 456 gears and my existing 392 have lsd would I be able to keep the lsd with the new gears.don't know a lot about this topic but I do know that I want 37's, a little more height and better gears for the tire size.

Correct. The factory LSD will work with the aftermarket 4.56's after the modification.
