real world 6.4L hemi gas milage

I am considering the 2014 2500 with the 6.4L hemi. What is your real world gas mileage? This will be the 4X4 crew cab with 8 foot bed. Highway mileage and city mileage figures would be appreciated. The one test I have seen showed only 11.0 highway mileage which I would not live with.

I test drove a 6.4 dually 4x4 today, it never got about 16 on the highway. But it was total stock and only had 4 miles on it.

its gonna depend on alot of factors ( location, weather, driving style etc etc... ) I would try looking into the ( 6.4L HEMI THREAD ) as there are guys with the fuelly app on the sigs, and it was a significant topic in the thread. decent amount of info.

Currently, my fuelly has my overall mileage @ ~14 mpg. (see fuelly in signature). Peak of 17.25 (highway), low in the 11's (mostly city/"hemi-foot") for me. Some have seen below 10 mpg.

Overall average seems to be 12.0-13.0 mpg.

I just ran threw that thread. Who ever came up with that is a genius! I thought there's tons of good info along with real world confirmed info.

I am at 5280 feet elevation more or less, using 85 octane (low grade).
