I just bought a 2015 2500 with a 6.4 hemi and am planning on putting a CAI and performance exhaust and tonneau cover, I was wondering what to expect realistically for gains in hp and mpg.

You won't get much out of the CAI and exhaust. You need a programmer and a custom tune to make that 6.4L HEMI run right.

CAI and exhaust will make it sound like you've got a Hemi and maybe add a little "Butt Dyno" feel, but you're not going to suddenly spin 20" rims on dry pavement if you couldn't do it before.

You drive a vehicle with the aerodynamics of a cinder block and a massive engine.

I don't want to say anything mean here, so i'll say get the pedal commander and maybe you can keep your foot out of the skinny pedal a little.
