i have a 2011 Ram 1500 quad cab with a 4.7 motor 3.55 rear axle ratio, was planning to put 37's on the truck as its lifted 6 suspension 2 body. i emailed moes performance and heres what i was told.

I would go all the way to 4.56's with the 37's. Even with stock height tires, the 4.7 trucks see a huge gain from running a 4.56 gear.

Thank you.

does that seem about right? i have 205mm (8.07") HD front axle and 235mm (9.25") rear axle

do i order these gears?
Front:
Motive 4.56 ration Front ring and pinion gear set for Dodge Ram 4x4s. This is for the 8.0" front differential.

For the rear what is a ZF axle and non ZF axle????
Rear:
These?
Motive 4.56 Gears for 9.25" Rear

Or these?
Moe's Performance 4.56 Gears for 9.25 and 9.25ZF Rear

Yes, that advice is what I would give you as well. I went with 4.56 and I'm running a 35" tire. My motor has 8lbs of boost, aftermarket cam, heads done, longtube headers and all the other bolt on goodies and it's not too much gear.

If it were available (it's not) for 37" tires I'd go even shorter 4.88 or even 5.13
