I have a 2011 big horn and I drive with the MDS off and when it's in 5th gear the RPMS drop under 1500 and It jumps up and down very little and I have a exhaust so you can hear the RPMS jumping.. any suggestions?

Try driving with the MDS on . If it doesn't change check your throttle position sensor.

Torque converter lockup.. Are you just using manual gear selection to avoid MDS?
May want to just get a tuner and turn off MDS to avoid this.
