I did my first change at 43k. When I pulled the plugs they still looked very good. The electrode and ground were still in very good shape and gap was within .001-.002 of stock. Mine is a 2013 with the copper plugs. Honestly, I didn't notice any difference after doing the plugs.

My truck currently has 85k on it with the second set of plugs. I pulled two a couple weeks ago and they both look good, properly gapped as well. Clean too, so they're getting up to proper temp.

Maybe my truck is a unicorn. lol

My truck is pushing 27000 miles and I'm noticing it's pinging more than it ever used to and is idling a bit rougher than it used to. Definitely do the copper plugs every 30000 miles.

I got the plugs on Amazon for about $63. My dealer wants $400 to change the plugs which absolute insanity.

*****EDIT: Use the silver anti seize only on the plugs. After further research it seems copper anti seize can react with aluminum*****

I edited my earlier post but just wanted to make sure this gets seen, only use silver anti seize on the plugs, copper antiseize can react with aluminum.

bought my ram with 47k. plugs due at 100k I believe

I was surprised that the plugs had been changed as they were aftermarket. the gap had opened up some
Ill change them again at 100k

Just did mine in my '11 last month not that bad to do really the pass rear two are a *****. Did mine at 51k (highway) they didn't look bad and all still had good gap, but the truck definitely ran better afterwards and saw a small mpg improvement. I used anti-sieze and dielectric grease no issues here

Any concèrns pulling them out after six years . I am more concerned with length of time and difficulty with corrosion etc

My 2011 just turned 30,000

On my 2014 at 88K miles, I just went from the iridium plugs to the nickel ones.

The biggest reason was that the iridium were damn hard to find. I did find some online, but they were almost $10 each. I bought a set of 16 nickel plugs for $56 shipped. These are the NGK LZFRC5C-11 that were installed pre-2014.

I have a 2013 that came with the standard copper plugs.

I know everyone says to stick with the copper plugs but I have no desire to change plugs every 30k. I went wtih Denso Iridium Plugs (SK16HR11) found them on ebay for $68 for all 16.

Truck is running like a champ.

I had a 13 and before I bought it I researched some of the service requirements so I knew the factory recommendation was to change the plugs at 30,000. I did that and also used the same style plugs that were recommended after hearing from other members that they had problems when they used other type plugs. In the end, it's your truck, check the factory recommendation and then you can do whatever you like.

Has anyone tried the champion copper plugs (REC12MCC4) that cross reference from the ngk?

Gap question. Lightly modded (TB,CAI,headers,exhaust,14'+coils,Tune) would you still run stock gap or close it up a bit?

Getting high rpm cutout in 3rd-5th and wondering if it is spark blowout.

I have a 2014 hemi at 85,*** miles now and want to change my plugs. Looked on amazon but not sure on exactly the plugs I need. Can one of you guys who have bought the 100k plugs, preferably OEM provide a link to buy them?
