my 2013 outdoorsman has the stock exhaust, minus ginormous resonator and a magnaflow muffler. it's single in single out with stock tail pipe exiting behind passenger side tire. pipe seams small, have not measures but looks like 2.5". truck sounds good, but I always hated the pipe out the side. my 03 slt has single 3" in and dual 3" out exiting under rear bumper. it's a much louder exhaust, too loud, but I definitely think it sounds better coming from both sides of rear. so perhaps a quick trip to my local exhaust shop, get a new muffler and some pipe... what's factory exhaust pipe size? now that I think this through it's got to be 3" so single 3" to new muffler and get some dual 3" pipe run out under bumper. my truck does not have cut outs but I don't care.

You will want to go 2.5 or 2.25 after the muffler out the back.
