Hey everyone. Just purchased a used 2012 Ram 3500 Cummins High Output Long Bed for towing my travel trailer. I've noticed that in the mornings, at low RPM (~1500) and typically only when going uphill (more so when towing), and around 55 mph, i get a strange bump/cough/jerk. it's quick, but causes the truck to jerk a little...nothing violent. the RPMs seem to stay the same. It might happen a few times in a row. I've not noticed it later in the day when it's warmer. it's difficult to reproduce on demand.
Any ideas of what it could be, or what i could do to troubleshoot this? Or better yet, recreate or better explain it to the dealer?
