Trucks power "stalls" around 4krpm

I've noticed this when trying to pass traffic or get on the free way, under hard acceleration the engine feels like it stops making power, and it doesn't go any faster for 5-7 seconds and then it takes off...
I'm also only getting 13-15mph cruise at 65... So something is up

Any codes?

I'd start with cleaning your throttle body (it might be sticking and not opening fully) and replace your EGR valve.

No codes, I'll give a scrubbing, there is an issue with the 4.7 egr that fca extended the warranty on 100k-7y should I bring it in?

Something donned on me, I deleted the air resonator with some abs and a rubber elbow, it's been in there for over a year, I wonder with the heat cycled it's weakening and collapsing under intake pressure?
