There are a few different vendors here selling each
Here's a thread with more info on the BD: http://www.ramforum.com/f113/bully-dog-gt-hemi-plus-23793/
And heres more on what the Diablo has:
93 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is designed for use with premium fuel. The Performance Tune (or ?Diablo Tune? as it?s called in some vehicles) will unleash the maximum available Horsepower, Torque and Economy out of your stock vehicle with no other mods necessary! Vehicles will see a power across the entire RPM range with the greatest gains down low. Vehicle will also see improvements in drivability, throttle response, and economy. 30HP 35TQ

91 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is very similar to the Performance tune for 93 Octane but optimized for 91 Octane Premium Fuel. Vehicles will see a power across the entire RPM range with the greatest gains down low. Vehicle will also see improvements in drivability, throttle response, and economy. 28HP 33TQ

87 Octane Performance Tune
This tune is designed for use with 87 octane gasoline. It will increase HP, TQ and Fuel Economy without the need to run premium fuel in the vehicle. While HP Gains are not as great as in the 93 octane Diablotune, this tune wakes up your vehicle?s throttle response, power, and improves overall driveability. 18HP 20TQ

Mileage Booster
The Mileage Booster tune optimizes efficiency for daily use. Horsepower gains will be minimal, but mileage will improve by up to 3 MPG in some applications! Compatible with fuel that is 87 octane or greater.

Modified Stock
This tune is designed to work with a stock vehicle and keep the stock HP and TQ ratings. Use this tune to have factory drivability but modify the parameters of your vehicle's calibration such as speed limiters, rev limiters, tire size and more.

Both have similar features, not sure if BD will have custom tuning
I like the looks of the Diablo more too

Trinity is the way to go. Bullydog doesnt make a bad product, but Diablo is ahead of the game when it comes to Hemi tuning. It is available now, it gives you the option for custom tuning in the future, and Diablo has great tech support. If you cant get through on the phone, they have a forum where their reps are responding to posts every day.

Do I have to leave both plugged while driving all the time? The DS looks like display might be bright at night.

You can unplug it if you want to. It is not overpowering at night though, so you should be OK with it. The tune will still stay loaded in the truck even with the monitor unplugged.

What are the actual hp and torque gains from these tuners. I understand the improved throttle response and things but what are the actual numbers.

Most will give 20-25hp and the same gains in tq on the 91-93 tunes.

My DS tuner comes in tomorrow, my question is where do you buy 91 grade fuel? When I first bought the tuner I thought 91 was mid grade, then I realized mid grade is 89. Seems like the stations around here have 87, 89, and 93

You'll have to run 93 octane for the 91 tune.

I actually prefer to run a slightly higher octane fuel than the tune calls for. Its ok to run 93 on the 91 tune, but dont try running 89 on the 91 tune. Lower octane fuel combined with the increased timing in the 91 tune can be bad news for your motor.

The power gains are noticable, but the better shift patterns, code reader, gauge display, ability to correct speedo for bigger tires, etc all add up to make it worth the $600. The gauge feature alone almost makes it worth it. A gauge pod and 3 electric gauges runs upwards of $300-$400, and you have the ability to monitor much more than just 3 parameters with the Trinity. It really is a very nice unit.

Diablo also sells a cheaper Tuner called the InTune that gives you all the tuning ability without the fancy gauge display and touch screen monitor. Unfortunately, Diablo has not released the 2011 tuning for the InTune yet...only on the Trinity.

Yeah I guess. 50-75 would be better. I see H&S (looks likes BD) has overhead mount that l would like better. Might go BD just for that mount option.
