Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with their I2 opening up on MAC computer. Every time I connect mine it goes through 2-3 updates then says complete, but stays on please wait screen. None of my recorded logs come out or anything. It’s gettjnv pretty frustrating:(

I have similar issues my Mac running the newest os. When I run it using parallels and Windows 10 it is a hit or miss.
