Hello guys,
I noticed my speedo is off even though I set my proper tire size in the intune tuner. Before I adjusted it , I t was set for 33s and was 3% slow and now it is about 2.5% fast. I went into the custom tune menu and clicked modify parameters, changed my tire size to the correct 34, but there was no axle ratio available to select. Anyway I can get the right reading on my speedo? Can I set a different tire size to get it Right? Thanks

Tuners are very true to tire size. You will need to measure your tire from the ground to the top. Whatever that is, is the size. I ran 35" tires but wasn't right until I measured and saw I was at 34" in reality. Then it was dead on.

My tires measure 33 1/8" , my tuner is set to 32 for the correct speed, same when I had 325/60/20's they measured 35" had to set the tuner to 34" for the correct speed. So I don't really think they are true to size. Best bet is run a gps with the speedometer and dial in the correct tire size.

Take mine for example, I have the intune as well and I installed some 34's (275/65r20). To get the correct speed I had to say I was running 32.5's :shakehead:

oh ya, also I used to have it set to what should've been the correct calibration. My speedometer was slightly over 5 mph fast on the highway and the computer was saying my gas mileage sucked lol. I recently got a passport 9500ix with gps speed and that's how I found out my speedo was so far off. live and learn I guess

I have the same tire size as well! What is rear end do you have? I'm a 3.92 , if ours are the same I'll try that setting.

Thanks man!
