I'd go with a Diablo either the trinity ot intune. They both essential do the same thing just the trinity has a monitoring screen and a racing screen.

If you are on a budget, I would go with either the Superchips Flashpaq or the Diablo i2 with custom tuning.
The Superchips makes about 20-22hp/tq to the wheels where we are seeing 30-35hp/tq to the wheels from the Diablo with Hemifever custom tuning. The custom tune is also going to include transmission tuning which will make the truck shift faster/firmer and increase throttle response as well.
Diablo is an overall better option, but the only reason I mentioned Superchips is because it is only $349. The Diablo i2 with custom tuning is $489. The Diablo is worth the added cost IMO, but I understand that everyone is on a budget.

+4. Got an inTune for the wife's 2014 Grand Cherokee. She wasn't convinced to spend just shy of $500 on one until the new Honda Pilots came out. I showed her the stats that they were faster off the line than her V8. The inTune was ordered that night.

Well let me put it this way, I have a 6 inch on 35s with the trinity and hemi fever tune and I still run a 0-60 in 7.5 consistently all while makin 14mpg so my vote goes to the trinity.
