Water dripping from this???

Anyone know if this is normal? Maybe from running ac?? Just had arh headers installed and am also noticing a burning smell that I'm just assuming is from them being brand new and burning off the residue ?? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!!!

The looks like the drain for the ac system to me. There should be water dripping from that.

Im having a hard time referencing where this is. Is should be on the passenger side below the AC box.

That should be the drain for the ac system. For some reason I remember mine having an elbow on it that would get it away from the body like an inch, but that could have been one of many of the cars Ive worked on.
