I want a nice low tone exhaust. That maybe crackles a little when shifting gears. Not a backfire crackle. More like how the Audi RS7 sounds when it shifts. It's a nice deep shifting sound. Can anyone help. Use this link for help. https://youtu.be/in97WwjT57I.

You didn't say what you were working with. Assuming factory duals, check out Carven.

Sorry. Missed that. My name is misleading. I have a 2015 Ram 1500 express 5.7 with factory duals and an s&b intake

Ya ima go with the 14 get a little bang for the buck. And i see alot of people with the 18s wish they went 14. I just hate raspy tones. Theres also a system called solo performance. Not to much on those also. But also i just watch videos of the mufflex 14 probally about the same tone.

Had to do some research on the boesch built system since i hadn't heard of that one. Looks like it's a bolt on kitted Magnaflow, like the Mufflex, correct?

All that being said, still going to vote Carven. I have the Progressive kit sitting at home waiting to be bolted in.

WOW!! Never heard of the boesch built, was leaning toward the Carven but the Boesch is winning now. And its a few buck less.

I think he was saying mufflex uses 400 series stainless tubing whereas boesch uses 300 (even though the actual MagnaFlow muffler is 400 series stainless for both).

I want to get the mufflex 18 or boesch 18 as they are pretty much the same thing but I worry about mds drone and sounding like crap.

If it helps, I'm also in the same boat and have decided upon the Carven Progressive. Unique sound and loud when you want it yet subtle when you don't.

I feel the same. I wish there were more videos of the exhaust. Along with the shift noise. At high rpm

Videos aren't going to give the whole picture. While helpful, it is always going to sound different in person.
