I want to make sure that the TIPM is my problem.
Windsheild wipers were acting up, not always kicking in on 'intermittent' setting. Then they just quit. Replaced motor with rebuilt, that only worked on 'high' and it was quite slow for high. Tried another rebuilt wiper motor, same thing. No intermittent, no low, just a slow as all get up high.
Scan tool (the pricey one the shops have) reads two error codes from the TIPM. 'Park circuit open' and 'low circuit open' or something like that.
I don't think its the stalk. From what I have googled, its most likely the TIPM. The radio has been doing some wired popping things, and the lights seeming to be staying on longer than I remember after locking, but I could be crazy.
Any input?
