Code 67 is ABS pump motor circuit failure. This might come on if the motor shorts out which would explain why the fuse keeps blowing.
Code 65 is the ABS power relay circuit open, likely because of code 67.
Code 96 is system voltage low.
So somewhere along the power circuit for the ABS pump motor is shorted and blowing the fuse.
