This is what I found when I opened up the carton. Raceland , is currently looking at the damage and will either have me file a claim or they will against Ups. This project will be delayed for month's. I'm hoping Raceland will send me another shell, but I kinda doubt it. FML !!! Truck sounds good with no exhaust thou :)

the box was that beat up that the product got damaged? Never had that issue

Pic is up again I tried a shortcut and failed miserably I guess. The pic was up on just my computor. oh well, All better,Go to the first page and view the damage.
Race land called me back. Seems they are completely a stand up company! They are sending me another one, And when it arrives send back the damaged one. They will also try too upgrade the shipment from ground, seeing as half my exhaust is in my driveway!!

Thats pretty banged up...but at least they are helpin out! Cant beat that! Hopefully the replacement get there soon!

Ya ups don't really care I've gotten stuff that was broke if they file a claim will prob be like 5-6 weeks

I know, I work for a freight company. They will honor most claims but at a snails pace and will only pony up 100.00$ for every claim. regardless of the value,unless specified. Not many read the fine print. But Raceland Is a real stand up company, I don't mind repeating myself. here.

i see now. that sucks. I've been really lucky up till now with packages. I'll have to keep a better eye on stuff now.

i've gotten stuff damaged through ups before too.....guess that is why it is good to get insurance through them.

i ended up having some issues with the one i ordered. but was user error, emailed raceland and they had the right one shipped out the same day. i just had to pay shipping. they had great customer service.
