So looking for some ideas of what to do first when my tax return comes in. I was either thinking of doing my bed sides since they have the dreaded rust bubbles on them but no holes yet. Or the other option is to do the plenum on the motor (5.9 Magnum) I have 155000 miles on her. I would swap it with a Hughes intake and the fastman tb. I have the tb already but not installed yet.

Mileage isn't bad, so if the engine and other running gear are ok, I would do the body work first.

Motor work first, always motor and powertrain work before looks. Do a comp test first before you start any work at all, start with jug #8 min psi is 100.

Cylinder #8 pass side closest to the firewall, if you find low numbers on that jug expect the rest to follow suit on that bank.

How to do a comp test (very basic test info)

Remove the spark-plugs
Remove the fuel pump relay found in the PDB
Unhook the 12V supply to the ign coil
Install the comp test tool into cyld #8
Set the skinny pedal to WOT
Using the key turn over the motor 4 times
Record your reading from the gauge and move to the next cyld.

I would have my mechanical repairs done first. I have ordered a product called Metal Rescue to repair a couple rusty motorcycle tanks and will report how it works when I'm finished.
