Both are on but nothing seems to be a problem otherwise...just the lights...anyone have an idea what to look for? Just happened and decided to throw a quick post up

Hmm, could be a faulty sensor?

You can get those from a wheel bearing going bad and they will go on and off.

Your truck can also toss a code and the ABS if you sit and power brake for awhile. Money has done it once before when I blew through a set of tires.

On two/three occassions in the 5 years I've had it happen to me but only after working in that area underneath (Diff). Suggest the next time it happens go underneath and wiggle the sensor/wiring assy that goes into the top of the diff (Right side I think) and see if the light goes out. If wiggling it doesn't help then lightly tap the top/side of the diff till the light goes out (also worked for me).

Or what Brandon says as the front bearings have an ABS wire built in too but an 06 model should still be OK ??!

On my 2005, I tried replacing the sensor in the rear diff. Replaced a second time in case bad part. When I pulled the diff cover off to service, I noticed a tooth missing on the ring gear and one of the clips that holds the clutch pack had broken off and was in the bottom of the diff. I'm sure it is the cause of the broken tooth as well. Haven't pulled the rear end out to fix yet, lights are on but no problems except cruise control surges when used. Hope this helps

Do you have dual exhaust? If you do if pipe going to the drivers side is going over the pumpkin it can heat up the sensor and kill it. Check the front sensor and see if they are dirty. Shoot them with some bakekleen sometimes it will clear the code. If the sensor is dirty it doesn't get a read from the tone ring in the wheel bearings.

This is what I had on my 07 Ram 1500:

Trouble coded C103D, (Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Erratic Performance), Rear Wheel Speed Sensor replaced January 31, 2014.

Recoded C103D & C1036 (Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit) February 2, 2014.

ABS Module & tone ring in differential (3 teeth crushed) replaced February 10, 2014

The photo's show the part causing my problem and where it is located in the differential.

When my 04 had this it was just a bunch of water in the main plug for the ABS controller and a good bit of corrosion in there too.
