Went in to change my front pads and rotors, the C clamp would not reset the pistons. Is there something else I have to do? or could the calipers be donezo.

If you cant get it to retract with a C clamp yeah it sounds like it could be frooze up have you been having any issue with steering wheel pulling to one side and pulling to one side after Braking or noticed A wheel getting hot

The car shakes when braking, actually stopped after i changed the rotors.

Could be damaged calipers from when your rotors were messed up. Change the calipers and it should be good as new.
