I bought a set of "Virtually Dust Free" pads from autozone when I bought my rims. Within days you'ld think my rims were black. Biggest waste of money so far...

Robb, with those wheels...I found the best thing is to put a nice coat of wax on them about once a month. Fukken Wax works great for this. I had thought that when I had them painted grey...it would of helped make the dust harder to see. But it back fired.

We put a set of Wagner Thermo Quiets on the wife's Ford Focus and it was amazing, it cut down the brake dust substantially. Also they claim the Hawk Pads will do this also. But actual experience, the Wagners did work!

Ok kool, I need to change the fronts anyways. I'm goin to take most of tomorrow cleaning my suspension, washing the truck and waxing the wheels. And a few other odds and ends lol I'm might as well change the pads and nuns paint my calipers while I'm there.

I've truely never seen a dustless brake pads/shoes... They all have the problem. You can spend a bunch of money on the fancy pads and what not but still end up with dust on the wheels. This just won't change.

I like The Assassin's idea of coating the wheels with a nice coat of wax. This should help keep them easy to clean.

A good coat of wax is key. It will also reduce ability of the brake dust to stick.

I had Ceramix pads from O'Rielys on my '00 that seemed to produce minimal brake dust.
My factory pads on my '11 are Dusty JUNK. Not impressed with them at all.

The Ceramic pads on the rear of my truck don't seem to dust up as bad, but the rears don't do as much of the braking anyway.

I replaced my rear pads with ceramic, I'm gonna change the front to the same kind.
