The condenser cooling fan finally went out. So I picked one up and went to change it but it's more involved. You have to disconect the condenser lines which means an evac and charge. What an engineering screw up!! Going to plan B....

Usually plan B is a trade in for a new one but not this time lol. She's a keeper. I'm looking into a second fan to mount in front of the condenser.

You can, they have the ports, but I don't have the tool to pull the vacuum.

Our trucks have the standard 134a freeon ports, a low pressure and a high pressure side. The evac is not hard at all to do and a shop wouldn't charge you **** to do it, it's basically like a reverse air compressor that we hook up to our freeon gauges and draw until it pulls a vacuum and then recharge it after the work is done. Idk how much it would cost where your at but I could do it myself at the shop I work for for less than a hundred bucks easy.
