Cant look up build sheet. why?

Does anyone know what could be stopping my build sheet from being pulled up. Ive tried on dodge's and ram's websites and it tells me oops! try again. And yes the vin im entering is right.

was trying to convince my girlfriend to buy a new durango instead of a toyota a couple of days ago. So i went to build and price one and the pics of it wouldnt load. didnt help my case any lol.

My parents had a 2001 durango with the 4.7. It was problem free for 230k miles then the motor went.

My wife's has 89some thousand miles. No problems. Just new tires and wheels. Spark plugs at 30000 intervals. 4.7 asx well. My is an 04 qc with the hemi and 4wd and 101thousand miles

I believe the technical color is Atlantic blue pearl.

Well after still not being able to pull up the build sheet I got in touch with customer service and was told that the feature was removed from their website. But you can still email them and get it sent to you.
