also this lowering parts do they sound like thats everything??

Roll Pan Charcoal Gray Dodge Ram 2002-2007- $60.
Front and Rear Lowering Parts Front Shocks and Springs Rear Spring Supports and Shackles 2002-2007 Dodge Ram- $70.

Don't know about the lowering parts, but a new roll pan is more than that. So if it is in good shape that sounds like a deal.

ya i missed his call so i have to call him t0morow i hope the roll pan is in good condition...does it matter if its steel or fiberglass?

I personally like a steel pan. It is easy to install, easy to paint and easy to make changes to if there are any fitment issues.
