an eraser wheel is by far the easiest. goo gone works good to. Just apply it then let it sit on there for a little bit. THen peel off. Its alot of work but it gets the job done.

I used 3m adhesive remover and the front of my fingers. Painful, but short and no scratching.

I started with goo gone, but after I couldn't feel my fingertips anymore, I used an eraser wheel and the glue/foam was gone in seconds.

I used goo gone. Came off like a champ. Just some dirt that couldnt be wiped off left over and i used a clay bar to get rid of that.
