Getting my first Ram in a few days, its a 2002 4.7L Quad Cab SLT 4x4. Just wondering what I should be looking at, and what I should do to it to make sure it's running at peak performance.Truck itself is clean as a whistle, and got a hell of a deal. Thanks!

Welcome to the Ram family. Check all the fluids, make sure the 4x4 engages in both high range and low range. See if the previous has paper work for the truck also.
