Help disconnecting this fitting ...

for the life of me, I need to disconnect that black fitting at 1:08 in this video.. It's the fitting for fuel evap vent hose ... Does anyone know how to unlock this bugger ? Thanks :superhack:

of course I watched it, lol... Nowhere in the video did I see him touch that black fitting on the evap fuel line fitting... Did you see it ? maybe I missed something.. That type has a gray half ring around it, not shown in the video

it's a push to release fitting, you can see the locking tab when he installs the fuel line on the new pump

That is the fuel line connection at the fuel pump your talking about... That isn't the same connector Im talking about the connector that goes from the filler vent tube to the tank evap part as shown at 1:07 into the video.. It doesn't connect to the fuel pump.. It connects towards the front of the tank.. close to where the gas filler tube goes into the tank. It has a gray half ring around it.. don't see where it unsnaps or pull anything to unlock
