With 88k. That price seems to me to be on the higher edge of reasonable. Depends on if the mods are the mods you want. If you like the mods that have already been done to it, then its probably a decent price, though I would try to get him down 1k. If you don't really care about the mods, you could probably find a stock model cheaper. A couple months ago, I paid 8k for my QCSB 1500 2wd Hemi with right at 100k. I am very happy with my truck and what I paid for it.

Stock no option( slt 04 quad cab hemi 2wd with 88k miles blue books for about $9,500 in good condition in your area. Dent hurts though so I'd put it at fair which is about $8,500. I'd offer at least that

yea I'd like a 4x4 but around here it doesn't snow and we have no dirt roads, so to go offroading I'd have to go out of my way to get to somewhere where i would need it. So i guess it's not necessary if the right truck comes along like this one....the suspension, wheels, and tires already done would leave me some extra cash for JJ lights, bilsteins, and interior LEDs

He seems to be hurting on money so I do not know how much play room he would go with the price. I would low ball but you probabily at looking at after negotions him going 9k for the lowest price. I would hagle him to 8k if he takes it I would but it for that. Just point out the flaws of the truck and the cost to repair and tell him you have to put money into the truck so you can't go over 8K out the door.
