I've got flowmaster 44 series cat back exhaust, superchips with Trans tune, k&n cai, drop in bed liner, Xd cranks black wheels, PIAA lights on my brush guard, rough country leveling kit with air bags in the back, and a drop in bed liner.

I'm planning on shorty headers and a cat delete soon. Down the road I'd like to do window tint, steps, head lights and tail light, offset black wheels with 35s, possibly radio, sub/amp, speakers. I've herd mixed opinions on the throttle body so not sure on that one. Any advice would be great.

How much of an off set do I need to run 35s and who makes nice black wheels I currently have kmc cranks but there 0 offset so I think I'll have a rubbing issue

35 will fit now but will rub at full lock. I test fit a set when I put my 305 on. There is a guy at the tire store with a leveled 04 with 35 on it. They take up a lot of the wheel well though.
What kind of improvement did the tune make? I've been thinking of one myself.

If you go with the superchips programmer I'd highly recommend getting the Trans tune for it. The tunes you get on it are decent but nothing like the Trans tune. I noticed a big difference after changing all the shift points and lowering the torque management. I haven't done and 0-60s since I've done it. I'm going to after I get my exhaust completed hopefully within the next week.
