When my AC is on the 3rd and 4th settings the air escapes through the drivers side door handle somewhere and creates a whistling sound that is quite obnoxious, but not when it is set to recirculate the air. Is there any way that can be fixed?

if you can take the door panel off and find where it's coming from if it is going through the door itself (handle, lock, etc) you may be able to use a dab of silicone to seal it. If its going out the seal around the door which i doubt it is if its whistling you could look and see if the seal is damaged and or make your door seal tighter against it.

This was the solution to my air leak. Brought to the dealer with 170 miles left on the basic warranty. Actually it is an easy install cause I knocked one off when waxing the truck some time back. It is a dealer part however.
