well ****.

mine leaks like a mother. I can hear it........figured it was from the clamps - so I got under it the other day, and nope - its coming from the cutout itself.

Guess I get to see how their CS is?

Its not caught up on anything is it? Like a small piece of carbon or something? My old DMH was notorious about that. Between the valve slightly sticking and the gasket leaking it made the exhaust sound like crap. This one seals nicely though.

hmmmm

I'll check, but its only about 45 days old......and honestly - might only have 600 miles on it (if that), truck only has 3400 on it now.

Yeah but even so there could be crap from the exhaust piping coming loose or weld debri from the piping, and just random crap that the cat misses. I think the raceland says that it needs to be cleaned every so often as well.

Cleaning a cutout is always a good idea bc all kinds of crap can get in there and even the smallest thing can mess up the seal.

I remember the instructions saying to clean it monthly or bimonthly......but I think it was talking about the outside - which I (really) don't care what that looks like.

I do find it a bit odd that I haven't gotten an email back from them. How long did it take for them to reply to your email Ryan?

what a company!

I am a customer service dude here and this place blew me away! I called them and told her what was going on - no questions asked, sending out a new unit. Can't beat that.

I did go out today and clean it up - didn't help. Its just not sealing at all at the butterfly.

got my new cutout today. Now I have to find some time to put it on........I have 2 sets of headlights with my name on them for this weekend.

They sent the Y and the motor, basically everything except the wireless box and the remote.

I got the wires box and new remote last week but the remotes been working great now so I haven't needed to install it (hasn't been closed since it was put on either

). Between the two of us we have a complete free kit
