If it looks anything like your sig pic, it's a nice touch! Ya don't see many lights sporting on the front sport bumper, most are nestled in the grill. Good Job.

Threw a coat of some cheap paint on ($1 a can crap) just to make it NOT look like total ass because I'm driving it with just this and no bumper. I took these pics to kinda show everyone how much MORE clearance this bumper is going to give me...I'm pretty excited. I acuired some new trails, and without this new bumper, I would destroy my sport bumper. There will be a skid plate, but thats the last thing. And no I don't have a leak, I made a mess changin my oil :( I will be triming my wheel wells to make it looks cleaner once we get the tubes up on the side...

Ok...the bumper is 90% done. Put about 36 man hours in it this weekend. I looks amazing.

The bumper is designed to still crumble in an accident, but is sturdy enough to hold up to pushing over trees and with hold some impact if I was to run it into something(parts under the lights). The bolts holding the skid plate to the cross member is a grade 5 bolt. So if I was to hit some hard enough(re-end someone, or just an collision), it would sheer the bolt, hopfuly saving my front suspension.

90% done means.... the open area in the center is still open for a reason. My new 12,000lb winch will be in thursday. :) Once that is in, I will get that hooked up. Then, there will be a total of 9 lights on the front of my truck. 4 of them will be the small rectangle lights, those will be used as my fog lights, then 4 of them are my 6" HELLA ff's, then the once is a light I'm going to run to a switch, and it will shine on the winch for night use.

Ok, enought talking...some pics.

There was a couple minor things I touched up after the pics... but here is how she sits now. On my garage floor, letting the bedliner "cook" for 24 hrs

We tacked everything together...then pulled the bumper off and welded everything solid.
