Front tube was scrapped...new design is in store. Using a 2"x6" tube and running the cable through it... The tube I had before didn't work

A 2x6 is a great idea. You need something beefy to mount the rollers to.

OK...so my neighbor's anniversary was today with his wife. He had forgot about it when he told me her was going to help me today. haha so we didn't get much done today. We both have the day off tomorrow...so we are going to his air conditioned machine shop to finish it.
I did get everything market and ready to cut and mount. Got most of the winch mount done and support...still have one piece of square tubing to go accross the front. But she is ready to mount and weld.

Ok...so it almost done. Got the hard part done anyways. Got the 2x6 mounted, hole cut out for fairlead, fairlead mounted, winch mounted and wired, brackets boxed in around the frame, and HELLAs mounted.
The winch mount we made is strong enough for the winch...the front has been enclose. But I'm still going to add a piece of 3/16 plate to the top of it. I just need to get longer bolts.
I did test out the winch...works great. Pulled my truck up my back yard with ease, and it was a hill. The bumper did NOT bow, crack, or crumble so I was pleased.
I still have quit a bit to do on it still... I'm going to remake some tow points (closer to the fairleads), drill more holes for security, and a few other things...I'm to brain dead right now to think.

Disconnect switch for the positive cable (can turn it off when not in use, its water proof, and pretty solid)
Mounted progress... still needs work, still going to fill in the "triangles" will black diamond plate.
