New rotors and pads

So I ordered some EBC rotors and pads last week that should be arriving and going on my truck this week. I know you're supposed to break in the rotors and pads after you put them on but I don't know the proper way to do it. Any one know how?

The brake pads will come with instructions on how to properly break them in. Every manufacturer has a different break in procedure, so just follow the instructions in the box. You are basically going to do a few casual slow stops, then some more aggressive stops, and then a period of normal driving with cool down times in between.
