Just put on Rancho rs9000xt shocks on 08 dodge 2500. They are adjustable and are easy to adjust in the rear, but in the front the shocks are inside the coil spring. They are hard to adjust . Anything that would make it easier to adjust? At the moment, I use a screwdriver to turn the knob, but I don't want to break the tabs off on the knob. Any ideas???

You may need to jack the front end up to take the weight off of the spring, to give more space between the coils. It also, might be easier to turn with less weight on the shocks (not sure if that is true).

Just be sure that you use jack stands, so that if the jack fails and you have your hands in between the coils that you dont lose them.
