Been a while since I posted on here....I've been working 60+ hours a week since June, haven't had time to do much else. However, I did update the suspension on my truck....what a world of difference!
I put load adjust or whatever they're called monroe's on the rear and bilstein hd's on the front. Driving feels much more solid, practically zero body roll, braking feels much more even, and acceleration is more linear instead of the ass end wanting to sag. Also put some new shoes on it, bought 4 cooper zeon ltz tires, aggressive tread pattern, road noise is a hair above the stock wrangler hp's, and to compliment the new suspension upgrade, feels much more sure-footed. $850 for the tires, $200 for all 4 shocks.....best $1000 I've spent in a long time.
Edit: I'll throw the part numbers in here as well... Rears: Monroe SensaTrac Load Adjusting Shocks #58640 Fronts: Bilstein HD4600 Series #24-069281.
Here's a half-ass pic of the tires, I'll have to take some more.
