plasti dipped my front chrome bumper this weekend. Wife was pissed, 11pm saturday night, was about to go to bed and a little wasted, decided the hell with it, i'm pullin my bumper and plasti dippin it to see how it looks. Sorry for no pics, but i wasn't a big fan of it, gonna stay with the chrome bumpers. Have been back and forth for months on what to do, and was just about ready to powdercoat them, but i just thought it was too much black. Kind of like my chrome bumpers, and they help tie in the wheels and few chrome badges i have left. Plus i think the chrome bumpers give it more of a truck look. Color matched bumpers just look too much like a sport truck sometimes, just my opinion and not the look i'm goin for. I'm sure some of u guys will dis-agree, but oh well lol. Guess it's a good thing i tried plasti dip first though, would suck ass if i went through all the trouble of powdercoating them and didn't like it, of course it's hard to say what the end result would look like though because gloss black powdercoat would look much better than the flat black plasti dip
