noisy front end

04 ram 1500 4x4 getting whine , rubbing type noise from front . smells like rubber burning when i stop . 150000 miles . gets louder with speed ..stops in coast...starts with gas pedal . just had rear end filled . just had a front bearing replaced . :baby:

Maybe a bad hub. Check for play when the front wheels are jacked up and grab the top and bottom of the wheel. Is there any play?
