Occasionally, and apparently completely randomly my truck take's it's time starting up, I turn the key, and I can hear the starter but nothing happens, then I turn the key again and it starts right up, it has happened maybe 3 times this month and it starts on the 2nd try so it isn't a major problem right now. Also I just replaced the battery a couple of months ago so I doubt that is it, could it be the starter?

I would agree with above, check the starter, but also check the cables going to the starter. Could have a short or something in the cables

You can hear the starter spinning but the motor is not turning over?
