That's my point..for the price it would cost do to a motor and trans swap, i could just turbo what I have, and still have money left over for other mods.

hemi's are the **** when it comes too gassers. Ctd's are great as long as they are in pick up trucks. Take my word for it they; are pigs in a big rig semi. TA(I have a hard time typing "ass" for short) As stated earlier Your truck was never made for speed, I can't think of many that are, srt. lightning. Ya know? That aside I would flip the list and do audio first then turbo last. But hey, It's your deal.
Ps. I forgot too compliment you on your paint job!! Top notch, good looking truck.

see if you cant just find a frame and drivetrain off a hemi or ctd, and just drop your body on it. i see them for sale on craigslist a lot. and im sure salvage yards would have a few gems here and there.

Well, my truck is already a slug...the turbo and audio are going to be roughly the same price when it's all said and done. Thanks for the props on the paint sir.

I had the option 2 years ago to do a swap with a CTD. And...I was talked out of it.

Dude, resale on my truck will NEVER be much. I have a lot into it, doesn't mean I won't get a lot when it comes time to sell it. If I was to tell you this is my asking price, due to the custom paint, you'd probably laugh. Resale on custom vehicles ALWAYS sucks.

Dan, I think you should just buy a 2500 ctd and do a body swap.
