Yeah, that's when they moved away from the sexy cut-out headlight bottoms in the bumper, but didn't the grille still lift with the hood?

That's a 3.5 gen, not a 3rd gen
I dont go by the 3.5 gen stuff, its either 3rd or not lol

Personally, I really like what they did with the lights on the 4th gen and it was a huge cosmetic factor for me in deciding to go with Ram again. Unfortunately I don't have a real good shot of the two side by side, just think the 4th gen looks a bit tougher. Never really cared for bulge in lights, my wifes accord has those bulgy lights and I hate them, but did not feel that so much with my 3rd gen Ram, is still a great looking truck. Still looking for something that follows the cars curves and is tucked in nicely like they did on the older models...

i actually just spent about 15 minutes trying to decide what my order is but cant i was going to say the ugliest is 2nd gen BUT then i remembered, the absolute sickest most beautiful lifted truck ive ever seen was in fact a 2nd gen. i LOVE the looks of my 07, i LOVED my 92 power ram 250, i LOVED my 04...... yeah i cant call a single one lol

i will add you gotta go by base models otherwise its not fair, 4th gen has 683.5 different models and trim packages and you cant compare the looks of a 2017 sport or rebel to a 04 st, and definitely the base model 4th gen looks hideous lol just my opinion of course

I've done allot of thinking about this and right now I'd rank the 3rd gen, 4th gen, 2nd gen then first gen. And I've waffled allot between number one and number two. I generally think they've gotten better looking with each iteration.

4th Gen IMO, but I will say I have a buddy at work with a 2nd gen single cab Cummins that I do like a lot.
