So the code (P0456 Evap Leak Monitor Small (0.020) Leak Detected) keeps on reappearing and I clear it. But, I'm getting tired of it appearing and suggestions on what is throwing the code and how to fix the problem?

Thanks,
Zach

The infamous "gas cap code" that's almost never the gas cap. You can start there but it's probably a failed hose clamp or a split hose end in the evap system, usually around the canister. Chrysler uses about the cheapest hose clamps...

ok, thanks, I'll check those after school. It's not the gas cap; I changed that out when the code first started appearing and the code kept coming back. So thanks for those suggestions.

well, it started raining yesterday and didn't feel like getting under the truck and looking while in the mud. So I decided to just hose my truck off to get some of the mud off from when it last rained and I had a little fun playing. I will look today and see what all it might be.

after such a long time, I managed to get a part number of a hose that was cracked at the ends: 52121072AB, yet when I search the internet no part with this number comes up

A local parts store should be able to cut you off a matching hose in a bulk length unless it has a weird fitting it needs.
