Hi,
I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 5.7 4x2 trim package is slt
My power steering pump is going out and tried to replace it with parts from autozone, oreillys, napa, and advance auto parts, the power steering pump number is 20-1012 (this is the pump all 4 stores tell me to use) then when I have them tell what pulley to use then they say dorman 300-314 and the should fit together but, the lady at oreillys bent the bolt trying to put pulling on the pump in the store, so I refused both items and went to autozone and they gave me the same parts and I borrowed the pulley installer tool and broke the pulley trying to put it on, then I went to napa and got yet another pulley (same one) and took it to 3 local mechanics and they said the pulley is not right for the pump, dodge house said the same thing, and they told me I could order a complete kit from them for 1400$ any help would be great
