When I was in high school we had to change a tire off a charter bus for a track meet, it took me and another shot-putter to get that bad boy on, and we worked out all afternoon 5 times a week, lol thats all we did

Then you know exactly what I'm talking about then lol

edit: that he could RH, that he could haha

idk. maybe its because i grew up doing back breaking labor since i was like ten years old but i have never had a problem lifting tires in the back of a truck. anything from tractor trailer tires to 37 inch truck tires. i can understand DG and shiloh having trouble because they are both little ladies but the rest of you guys need to man up!!!! lol of course i used to work in a tire shop that did roadside response so i guess i might be kinda biased! lol

its all in how you lift them! work smart not hard!!! lol

Well guys and girls, all I can say is as long as you can throw it in the bed, do so... As father time will eventually creep into the picture. My theory is gravity gains strength with time. I know when I was younger, gavity wasn't anywhere near as strong as it is now. lol

Greg is that why you lowered your truck, so you dont have to lift the tires off the ground to get them in there? lol.

Exactly, I can fall in and roll out. Perfect. No hanging on the doors for me.....:naughty:

Southern, Your right, about using your head. Shiloh, and others If your mounting a tire with the wheel on a vehicle Use a pry bar on one side and work it on top of the pry bar You can lift it a good 5 inches to get to the wheel studs. btw. piece a cake. truck beds are another story, dg knows all about that.

I have to lift them up in the air to set the edge of the tire onto our lifts, then pick it up again to put it on the studs and torque the lugs down after I zip em up with the impact.

Hopefully your boyfriend believes that excuse for the bruises. lol j/k

I'm sure for you it was a sob to get those tires in there. But hey, at least you can say you did it yourself.
