Put them all the way back against the tailgate. You won't need as many to do the same job that way.

Ken, I would make sure they didn't sit on anything. That's a heavy crowd! And to think folks ask me why I live in PI, hell our water buffalo's have more grace then that crowd. :naughty:

Seriously?

It adds weight to the rear of the truck to provide more traction...kind of like us in Florida having a hard time going through sugar sand...you can have your buddy hop up and down on the bumper to help get a little traction in the sand...

only reason I have 4x4 is snow! I can off road just fine in 2wd, mode.
