Which scan tool should I get to read the voltage of my gas pedal sensor (APPS)? My service manual just refers to a scan tool without specifying which one. I'm sure not all scan tools read this sensor. Thanks

Dealer scan tool. At the time would've been StarScan, they've since updated to newer machines. If you're close to MD I have one.
