2008 ram 1500, hemi, 4x4. New tires, front rotors and pads, and sat alignment. Shook while braking before new stuff, and still does now. Steering wheel does not vibrate and it feels like it's coming from the front. Any ideas? Brakes need bled a little too. Could that be causing it?

Could the rear rotors be warped and causing it? If so, is there any way to check to see other than changing them out?

Just what I was fixing to suggest. I had the rear drums go bad on my 07 Sierra and it did the same thing. And I could have swore it was coming from the front end.

When I had a warped rotor in the front I felt it in the steering wheel. I.m not sure I've ever heard of a warped rear disc. Could your ABS be pulsing?

How could you tell if its the abs pulsing, other than the shaking? And what can you do about that?

The only times I've felt the ABS pulsing was in full panic stops. I felt it in the pedal. As for diagnosing if the ABS is functioning I don't really know. Maybe pull a fuse and see if it is shaking with the ABS off? Ill have to do some research. Let us know what you find if you fix this.

Edit:
STANDARD PROCEDURE - ABS BRAKE
BLEEDING
ABS system bleeding requires conventional bleeding
methods plus use of the DRB scan tool. The procedure
involves performing a base brake bleeding,
followed by use of the scan tool to cycle and bleed the
HCU pump and solenoids. A second base brake bleeding
procedure is then required to remove any air
remaining in the system.
(1) Perform base brake bleeding,(Refer to 5 -
BRAKES - STANDARD PROCEDURE) OR (Refer to
5 - BRAKES - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
(2) Connect scan tool to the Data Link Connector.
(3) Select ANTILOCK BRAKES, followed by MISCELLANEOUS,
then ABS BRAKES. Follow the
instructions displayed. When scan tool displays TEST
COMPLETE, disconnect scan tool and proceed.
(4) Perform base brake bleeding a second time,(Refer
to 5 - BRAKES - STANDARD PROCEDURE) OR
(Refer to 5 - BRAKES - STANDARD PROCEDURE).
(5) Top off master cylinder fluid level and verify
proper brake operation before moving vehicle.

Will do, the brake pedal is mushy, and I think theres a little air in the lines, Im going to bleed them today and see what that renders, I'm not convinced it couldnt be that causing the pulsations. I think i am going to hold off on the rear rotors until I see what that does. It is my understand that the rear brakes play a marginal role in overall braking and the pads and rotors had minimal wear when the tires were off to get replaced. I will update when I figure it out

Congrats on getting it fixed. I figured that was the problem. From your description it was sounding like the same problems my GMC had.

Well done. Can you post pictures of the old rotors?
