I personally love the 4th Gen especially the interior so I say go for it man. You will be happy with the ride quality and the updates since 04.

I don't know about you guys, but I like the 3rd gen look better than the 4th gen. I think the 4th Gen looks too Fordish for some reason. I dunno, personal opinion.

At first, I wasn't too huge on it........now, I love it. Just a great ride, and the interior is awesome.

Nice truck. But negotiate the price or look around some more for a better deal

I think the interior of the th 4 Gen is amazing but I like the exterior of the 3rd Gen better. Too bad you couldn't do an interior swap that would be perfect for me.

If you want a 4th gen you should just go buy a Ford.

Wow! That's one of the dumbest things I've heard in awhile. Actually that's more like a insult.

I read somewhere that the seat bolts are the same from 3rd to 4th generation. I agree, the leather in the Longhorn is much nicer than the leather in the 3rd generation. If I ever end up with extra cash, or an insurance claim on my interior (no idea where that'd come from), I'd be going for the 4th gen stuff.

You'll have to pry my 5.9 out of my cold dead hands though.

I like some aspects of the 4th gens and some of the 3rds.... If there were I hybrid between the two I'd love it.

That being said though, I dont think I want to do a 4th gen ram for the next new one. Really holding out to see if they do a SRT version of the Durango, they come out with a 392 Durango and my truck will be traded in. Thinking more about kids and growing the familly these days so having a hell of a power plant in a "familly car" sounds more appealing.

To the OP, do what you need to do, that price seems really high though for a used truck

Not a bad price but where I live economy is strong. Price seems pretty fair for a crew cab though not a quad.

I drove past a black Durango R/T today and they took off the dodge badge on the grille and put a R/T badge on like on the rams

Sad thing is they're projected to lose about $8,000 in value the first year like the ram R/T(over $10,000 depreciation in excellent condition)

ok so, the dealer sold the truck friday and diddnt take the pic on autotrader down yet. they had a new white slt, but i dont want chrome bumpers. i like the look of all one color. i also want the full center console. NOW, performance dodge in woodbury NJ has 4 NEW crew cab expresses. a silver, white, and 2 black. all the same. no hitch, no bed liner, no console, but starting internet price is onley 26,800. thats freakn cheap. If i can get out the door for 25-26 i wont be in the hole with payments at all.
my dilema is my lil sister just went full time at a Healy dodge dealer in NY. they just got in a white express, brand new, spray in liner, full console, but no hitch. there starting price is 33k. it be alot easier to get the ones in jersey into my price range, but they have no options i want, the one in NY has everything but a hitch, but is more expensive. MY sis can get 6k off new cars witch puts it at the starting price of the ones down here. Not sure what to do, im goin out again on wed cause im gettin recalled into work. Its 20 degrees out, who the hell is on the ocean
